FYI! Last read at 10:52 on 2025/04/06.

My coat!

Good ol' Mado! (my immediate boss who gets things done) Upon my return to work (Wednesday was my 'day off' this week), pretty much everybody came up to me at one point and said "have you got your coat back yet?". Even people I didn't know and had never seen before were asking me!
I eventually received it. The overall boss went and found it in the R&D room. Apparently somebody took it for use in the freezer room (I guess this is a mark of approval for my coat!) and he told the person in no uncertain terms that it was an employee's coat, not a company jacket!
Well, it's not a bad outcome - I have my coat back and I also have a (shared) locker. Not bad at all.
