Nope, it isn't the Japanese SanRio creation with more hair-decs than usual, it is something calling itself "Charmmykitty".

With Apple and Samsung lawyering each other senseless over a flat tablet with rounded corners, this... Well, I shall let you decide.

Done some research into this and... Charmmykitty (why two 'm's?) is a SanRio cat. 
It's worse than that. 
Charmmy is HelloKitty's pet cat.
