Frank Lyonnet is no more the current developper. Drop E-mails to
speedsterh@yahoo.com if you want to contact me.
- Some bugs fixed.
- Reverted to mainstream sprites (Translator and ChangeFSI).
- Picture windows now behave like Filer windows (Shift-ADJUST closing or
Adjust closing bring up the parent window).
- You can force FYEO to replace the currently-processed image by another one,
by drag and drop.
- Multiple drags (up to five) are allowed.
- Version 2.04+: 24 June 1998:
------------------------------
- Corrected a bug which made FYEO aware of double clics on directories.
- Started revamp of WIMP interface.
- Version 2.05: 26 July 1998:
-----------------------------
- New interface finished.
- Direct saving and loading between FYEO and other apps, through the use of
Wimp$ScrapFile. This is not perfect though and names are false when saving to
other apps and I don't know how to fix it, thanks to RiscOS_Lib !
- 10 files can be dragged simultaneously on FYEO.
-Version 2.05a: 2004/01/29
--------------------------
- Made 26/32 neutral.
- Now handles 'progressive' JPEGs via the 'jpegtran' program.
< The dither menu doesn't work, subtle differences in the newer RISC_OSLib.
-Version 2.05b: 2004/02/24
--------------------------
- Detects BMP files.
- 'Save prefs' in Prefs window now validates and accepts the prefs you've
selected.
> The dither menu does work... sometimes!
-Version 2.05c: 2004/03/03
--------------------------
- 8bpp and 24bpp support, but upside down.
-Version 2.05d: 2004/03/04
--------------------------
- 1/4/8/24bpp BMPs now supported (the right way up). Various caveats and bugs
in the BMP decoding.
-Version 2.05e: 2004/03/05
--------------------------
- Fewer bugs in the BMP decoding. AFAIK the 24bpp should work prefectly, and
so should the 8bpp. Outstanding bugs with 1/4bpp types, but who uses them
these days? They'll be fixed, in time, just not as a priority.
- 8/24bpp optimised. Only shaves off 2/10ths second on the example, but that
is still 2/10ths of a second faster. :-)
- Now slightly less enthusiastic about filetype updating.
- FYEO2 now includes icon, and claims runaction, for BMP images.
