Sixteen years in France
Today we celebrate sixteen years in France. We left the UK in 2002, and have lived here in France ever since...
To celebrate, an assortment of photos. None of me. ☺

Congratulations. Lovely pictures. I have been living in the same house since 1975. Around 5am, in good weather, the rooks in the large trees round the churchyard, about 100 yards away, set up a crescendo of clamour, so petulant and raucous that I cannot help smiling, if I am awake. In the absence of a more scientific explanation, I like to think that they are debating about whether the sun will come up. I would miss this if I moved.
